Helios lens for nikon d5000 adapter?
I have a helios 44M and I want to use it on my Nikon D5000 camera. Do you guys know which adapter I should buy? And will i be able to change the normal lens to a helios lens myself?

It just needs a simple M42/Nikon adapter, they're dirt cheap.
A word of warning, though, not only will you lose autofocus, but your meter won't work either (you'll either have to use a separate exposure meter and set aperture/shutter speed manually - or guess).
There's also the fact that there are two types available;
The glassless one won't focus to infinity.
The one with corrective glass element degrades the image and acts as a 1.5x teleconverter (your 58mm f2 becomes an 87mm f2.8).
Most people don't consider it worth the hassle.
