The 18-55 kit lens is about the best value you can get.
The 35mm f/1.8 or the 50mm f/1.8 are other great cheap lenses.
The 55-200mm is an excellent budget telephoto zoom.
You aren't going to find a decent wide angle or macro lens for cheap… Fortunately 18mm is as wide as most people need and most telephotos have decent macro capabilities.
