For a budget of $165, Yongnuo or Nissin Speedlights?

I have Nikon D3000 and I'm planning to buy my very first speedlight. Unfortunately, I can't afford Nikon's SB series so I'm wondering what would be a better deal between the two third-party speed lights I've mentioned above. I'm just a senior high school student who has been into photography for 2 years.

Sigma EF-610 DG ST Flash instead of either of those choices.
