There's any adapter for a Nikon so I can use this canon lens on it?

I have a Nikon D7000

NO

Not only is using a lens that is made by a different manufacturer usually a bad idea, since IF they can be adapted, all functions of the lenses will become manual, manual focus, manual metering (sometimes requiring an external meter) and unless an optical adapter is used, the lenses will not focus at infinity.

This is why many of us try to encourage people to spend six months to a year, researching which dSLR camera system to buy, so that later, they have little or no regrets about their choice.

My guess is that you are trying to save some money, not buying the excellent Nikkor 70-200 mm f/2.8.It usually comes down to pursuing excellence in your camera system or since you have one of the better Nikon cameras, used by many advanced amateurs.started out picking the best semi-pro camera you could afford and now finding that owning a dSLR system is more expensive than you thought. I suggest you either save your pennies for the Nikkor lenses you want, look for good used legacy Nikkor AF lenses or settle for lenses made by third party lens makers.

What you need to know.

There probably is one, but even if there's it would be a complete waste of money.

You would have no autofocus, you wouldn't be able to focus to infinity and you would have no in-camera metering.

A Nikon 55-200 VR is all you need at this point.

The adapter you want is called Ebay
Sell your Nikon D7000 and use the money to buy a Canon.
That is the only way you will use any EF lens.

The rear flange diameter on an EF lens is too big to fit a Nikon body. You can adapt Nikon lenses to fit Canon bodies (with only mediocre results) but not vice versa.
