Does the Rokinon 8mm Fisheye have an exposure confirmation chip?

I want to buy the Rokinon 8mm (Model # FE8M-N) Fisheye for Nikon, and want to know if it has the chip that will allow my camera (Nikon d3200) to auto-expose, or at least tell me if I've exposed correctly. I know the lens doesn't autofocus, I just want to know if it can tell me whether I've exposed correctly.

The lens has nothing to do with exposure confirmation.

You will probably have to shoot this one in full manual, with stop down metering. Or use a light meter if you have one.

The camera meter should still work, so set the proper aperture on your lens, frame your shot, and half press the shutter release (or use a button on the body if your camera supports that) to activate the meter. The display will tell you if the shot is currently under or over exposed, according to what the camera thinks is proper.

Not quite, C, the D3000/D5000 series need a chip in the lens to allow them to meter - I think Rokinon recently introduced a chipped (and more expensive) version because of this.

You'll have to ask the retailer before you buy, the unchipped version works, but you have to work out your exposure some other way.
