Yes they do but I wouldn't recommend the lens. I own one fitted to my Canon cameras but it has focus and aberration issues - I'm very disappointed in this lens. If I were you I'd stick with Nikon
lenses - the best for your camera.
All of the Tamron 18-2xx lenses in production have AF motors, but honestly don't bother, the only reasonably good 18-200mm on the market right now is the Nikon one, if you aren't getting that one, stick to short zooms.
