Can the MB-18 be used on a Nikon N60?

I recently bought an N60 (film, not D60), and while looking for a grip came across the MB-18.It is marketed for the 70-75 series, but apparently can work with the N55. Does the same apply for the N60?

I don't see the MB-18 listed for any camera but the N75.

The MB-17 is listed for the N65.
The MB-16 is listed for the N80
The MB-15 is listed for the F100

I would call Nikon and ask.
