Can I use FX lens in a DX Camera?

Guest
I have a Nikon D3200. My question is, if I can use a FX lens in a DX camera. The D3200 is a DX camera.

Yes should be no problem. If the lens is an AF lens, you will need to manually focus it. If it's an AF-S lens, it will autofocus.

Yep, you should be good to go.

Yes absolutely and the reverse is true.
You can use DX lenses on FX cameras
With the D3200, just make sure you buy the newer AF-S lenses so that you can use auto-focus.
