Camera travelbag for nikon d5000, 15 laptop and some clothes?

I was wondering if someone could suggest me a good durable bag that is relatively cheap that I can use to travel around Europe for a few days with my camera, laptop and a few days worth of clothes?

Do anyone have any suggestions? Definitely want something that I can carry on the plane and that keep my stuff safe.

I use a backpack that holds my notebook computer, a 2 tb external drive, two dSLR bodies, four lenses, SB600 flash and a couple of pair of shorts, three shirts and four pair of socks, as well as all the charging devices and 16 memory cards

I think I paid about $40 for the SwissGear ScanSmart Laptop Backpack. This is a carry-on item, so NOT check it.
