Hi… I'm new to Nikon D5100… I want to shoot some wedding pictures. Can somebody guide me what settings should I choose for wedding environment. Also guide me about ISO, HDR, D-Lightning and Aperture settings for best results.

Every photo will be different - that is why you have bought a camera with such a wide range of adjustment. There's no one-size-fits-all.

The best settings are the ones that give you the correct exposure, the correct depth of field and the best motion freezing for each photo you take.

If you have to ask these questions, the answer is "off". Green box auto will not do you any good at a wedding, and nobody can teach you how to use a camera properly in a few paragraphs.

THere's no single setting that will work for every wedding. All of the answers depend on the environment you are shooting in, and the equipment you have to use. If all you have a D5100 and kit lens, you should leave the camera off until the reception.

The purchase of a DSLR does not instantly make you a good enough photographer to shoot weddings… I hope you're planning shooting alongside a professional photographer, right?

Try going to the library and see if they have any books on beginning photography.
Each shoot will be different. Indoors / ourdoors, lighting… That all changes the stettings.

What you are asking requires a multiple month course to answer. If you thought you could properly learn how to take nice photos with a DSLR by reading a few paragraphs, you are very mistaken. Learning how to use a DSLR well takes most people years… You are no different.
