How to find very very cheap fisheye lenses for D3000 nikon?
Anyone knows how to find very very cheap fisheye lenses for D3000 nikon?
Steal one!
Ebay, Amazon, and Adorama Camera are good places to start for decent lenses. Whether or not you would define them as cheap is questionable.
A good alternative to a legit fisheye lens is the Lensbaby lenses.http://lensbaby.com/ will give you many different alternatives to spending a fortune on a worthwhile lens. I use their macro attachments, as well as their wide angle lenses and they're fantastic.
Adorama has a "house brand" called Pro Optics and the line has an 8mm f3.5 fisheye available for your Nikon. Its currently on sale for $259.95.

If you have a nice digital camera, and you do, you should also have your own image editing program.

For the price of such you can have a fish eye lens as well as other needful and fun tools.

This was done with Paint Shop Pro X2 and cost $69 at the time. A lot cheaper than a new lens, even a cheap lens.

By doing it this way you can have the EFX any time you want and not have to carry another lens with you. You can also go back to older pictures and "fish eye" them as well. There are other special EFX's you can add to a image AFTER it is taken and these would be like filters you would screw onto the front of your camera. Colors. Graduands. Multi color, etc… All added after you shoot.

I prefer to do it this way, when I can, because it allows me to - just shoot.capture the images as they are happening, and be fancy later when I have the time.

A good image editing program is almost worth more than any lens.
