Advice for selling on eBay?
I would like to know how I should sell my equipment. I have a Nikon D70 body (with manual), a Nikkor AF 35-70mm f/3.3.-4.5 Lens, an 128MB, a 1.0GB, and a 4.0GB memory card, one battery pack, a charger, and a remote. My questions are:
-Should I sell my D70 body only or with the lens? Either way, I will sell it with the battery pack and charger.
-Should I sell my cards separately or together?
Your cards are only worth a few dollars. It will cost more to ship them than they are worth,.
Sell all the equipment as a package.
You do know that there will be the cost of packaging and shipping which will bite into the amount of money you eventually get. And I'm sure you know that there are a lot of counterfeit cashiers checks being used by people buying things on eBay
Most people sell locally on craigslist. 1) the person buying the camera can test it before they hand over their money to you 2) you are sure that they know that camera works when they get it, 3) you get cash in your hands and 4) there are NO shipping charges involved
