70-200 f/2.8.any suggestions?

I'm using nikon D90 and i wanted to buy a zooming lens.
is tamron 70-200 2.8 good for me?
i know about the crop factor and what will be the result of the lens,
but i still want to ask your opinions about the lens.
any other suggestions will do great.

I'm a Photographer myself and i use Nikon Camera's the Tamron 70-200 2.8 is actually a pretty decent lens.

Other than being a bit on the pricey side, not a bad lens at all…

The internal focusing motor in the Tamron 70-200 2.8 is slow and noisy. You shoud consider buying the Nikkor 70-300 AF-S VR.

F2.8 for this type of lens would be pretty fast, which in theory
should mean quality. A useful range, fast and flexible, good bokeh
and superior glass for better images. What's not to like

IF you don't mind a lens which is rather slow to focus then it's fine
