Does lomography film work in a normal non-lomography camera?
I feel so stupid asking this, but I'm fairly new to film and I really like the look of the lomography film, at the same time I really love my Nikon F80.So are they compatible?

Though compatibility is a very big issue, be it in film or digital; experimentation at times leads to results that are quite unexpected.
Here's a photograph shot with the very same camera as your possess - http://www.lomography.com/homes/cornborn/photos/12853442 using the Agfa APX 100 film - http://microsites.lomography.com/filmshop/agfa/apx_100
Film is film - the format is all that matters. Compatibility is not an issue. There's no such thing as a special "lomography" film. Go to the drug store and buy the film there or better:

Every thing you'd ever need for photography.
Your Nikon F80 takes 35mm film. I have no idea what kind of lomo you have, but if it is a 35mm camera, it uses the same kind of film as the Nikon.
It will work even better in a proper camera. Because Lomography Inc.lies about everything it sells I'd assume the best ISO rating is half of what they claim.
Yes. There's no such thing as 'lomography film' - its all sales hype to ramp the price up. Lomo cameras take medium format (120 roll film) or 35mm film. If your lomo camera takes 35mm film then yes it will work perfectly well in your F80.
There's no such thing as "lomography" film. All they do is have film packaged as "lomography" and charge more for it. The "look" you're so enamored of is a result of the light leaks common to the cheaply made plastic camera bodies and low resolution plastic lenses. The film has NOTHING to do with the results.
Yes.
You've got to love this place. Give them the right answer and still get a thumbs down. How much more did you need to know? You asked if Lomo film would fit a Nikon and i said yes. What else matters?
