Do you know any very affordable dslr's? Like something below $400? Or atleast the cheapest canon or nikon dslr? Thanks.

P.s. I'm obviuosly new to this. I wanna start photography and low budget film making.

With a budget like that you are talking about a second hand camera.

Canon 1100D is the entry level DSLR from canon, retailing at abt $500 but you can get a good deal, as it's on it's way out, but for you this is more than enough,
If you want full HD1080pvideo then you might want to consider the next, one level up model the D550 or the new 650D
The 1100D n 550D have the digic-4 image processor, apart from this there's NO DIFFERNCE IN THE IMAGE QUALITY.
