Nope. Nikon lenses go on a Nikon camera; Canon lenses go on a Canon camera.

Nope. Nikon and Canon are possibly the top 2 camera companies, and they would never make lenses compatible with both cameras
If you have a Canon, it will fit Canon Lenses, and same with Nikon
Canon is a better camera company, btw

Most Nikon lenses with an aperture ring (basically, not Nikon AF-G lenses) can be mounted on a Canon EOS camera with the addition of a small, $35 Nikon F to Canon EF mount adapter ring. Unfortunately, the 18-55mm Nikon lens does not have an aperture ring, so while the lens could be physically connected to the camera, you would not be able to change its aperture with these cheap rings. You could buy a Novoflex Nikon F AF-G to Canon EF V3 mount adapter ring, which includes electronics that allow you to manually adjust the aperture on Nikon lenses lacking an aperture ring. That will set you back about $150 USD, and as with the less expensive adapter ring, you will not have any autofocus, image stabilization, or automatic exposure outside of aperture priority. For the 18-55mm, it's probably not worth the trouble, but if you want to collect some brilliant older manual focus lenses for a few bucks on ebay, this really helps. One of my best macro lenses for my Canon system was a Nikon F mount bought on ebay for $9 plus shipping.

Unfortunately, Canon lenses can't be mounted onto a Nikon camera with an adapter and retain the ability to focus to infinity.

Yes! You can use a Nikon F to Canon EF adapter to physically mount the lens. Since the Nikon 18-55mm doesn't have an aperture ring, you wouldn't be able to change aperture size which would to my uneducated guess be stuck at wide open.
