Which old nikon lens is good? 35-70 f2.8 or 80-200 f2.8?

I'm amateur photographer. I don't have money… I'm a student of graduation. So I don't have job. Photography is my hobby & passion. I love all kind of photography, specially Fashion & Glamour or portraits. I did some shots with some of my friends. But I have only an Old nikon 5100 & a Pre-AI 50mm lens. I have to buy some old lens at low cost. Which will fit for me? Because I can't afford 2-3 lenses or new fast lenses.

You do realise;

a) These lenses were excellent in their day, but were designed for different jobs, and for full-frame.

b) MF lenses won't meter on your D5100.

c) A pre AI lens will probably damage your camera.

The 50mm is short telephoto with your camera and is good for closeup portratis. Try an old 35mm for more general shooting.
