Which camera would you prder to use?

Nikon D7100 or Canon Rebel T5i? I nee help deciding which one to purchase.

I think Canon is such a great option for you

Personally I would go for the Nikon, because I have acquired lots of interesting bits for Nikon over the years and it would cost me a lot of money to change systems if I wanted to replicate most of those items for Canon.

Why ask complete strangers which camera they prefer to use? Surely if you are thinking of buying, you should buy the one YOU'D prefer to use.

Go into a proper camera store & try them both out - check for button position, menu choices, general weight & feel. Buy whichever one feels best for YOU.

You really should pop into your local camera store and check out all the models from the available brands. It will also give you the opportunity to discuss your skill-level with an adviser. Some cameras just don't feel right in some peoples hands, and a less expensive camera can produce just as great images, it just doesn't have all those bells and whistles that you might never even use.

Talk it over with an adviser, at the end of the day you will have made a new friend.

I'd go for the Pentax K-30 (matches the D7100 at a much lower price), but I can count beyond two.

You may be pleasantly surprised by what Sony can do as well (AF on video with All lenses).

Of course, you can't buy the skill to use any camera.
