What's better to buy the canon 5dsr or Nikon d810 with kit lens?

Is it best to buy Nikon d810 or canon 5dsr body on it own or with its kit lens

They're equal in all capabilities. Buy the cheaper one.

You don't generally get a "kit" lens with such cameras.

With these extremely high resolution bodies, prosumer lenses like the Canon EF 24-105mm f4L IS or the Nikon 24-120mm f4 AF-S VR will look inadequate. You need to step up to professional level lenses like the 24-70mm f2.8. If lenses like that are too pricey for you, don't squander your money on the high resolution bodies.

It's better to buy with a lens. Why? You asked.
If you didn't, you must have your own lens already or you may know exactly what other lens to buy. If the store does not have a kit lens, either get a 28-80mm (or something along that range if you want a zoom lens) or a 50mm (with the lowest f/number you can afford if you want to learn photography faster).

If you wait a month, you can get a Pentax K-1 with 24-70mm f2,8 for a lower price than either - the K-1 may well be the better camera to boot.

You probably have no idea about the whole DSLR thing, so I will suggest you get it with the kit lens.
