What camera is best for night time/building photography?

Preferably a Nikon, i don't really have a budget to stick to, i want to know what sort of camera would be best to take photos at night and photos of skyscrapers/big buildings. If you need any more info then just ask, thanks

Kodak Digital Cameras is best for all time

Sir you can have DSLR camera. You can visit the following:

Night time: if you ask for the best without a budget, then you'll probably end up at a Leica M with the 50 mm 1:0.95 Noctilux lens. Somebody suggested that the Canon 5D with the 50 mm 1:1.4 would come close (higher useable ISO in the Canon vs.better lens on the Leica).
Skyscrapers/big buildings: any camera that takes a tilt-shift lens.
