Which nikon lens and why?
I don't know which lens for the nikon d5200 should i get AF-S DX VR Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G IF-ED for $249.95 or AF-S DX NIKKOR
18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR for $399.95 or AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 55-200mm f/4-5.6G ED AND Please I MUST KNOW WHY?
The 18-105 mm lens covers the 18-55 mm already, so you are really duplicating what you have already for the most part.
The 55-200 mm, extends the range of your shooting, mainly when shooting action, sports and some wildlife.
You may want to consider the 55-300 mm which will add just that much more reach.
Here is a link that shows you what each focal length lens "sees"

The answer to why, has more to do with the subjects you seem to shoot
NOTE: On VR. If you have the skills or use a monopod when shooting sports and shoot at shutter speeds faster than 1/500th second, you will not need VR. In fact I never use the VR on my 300 mm f/2.8
Sample shot with the VR shut off with the shutter speed set to 1/500th second
