What are some HD camcorders with the quality of a DSLR camera?

I make YouTube videos and since I have started I've been using my dad's Nikon d3100 and it is amazing just the best quality I have come across but I'm looking for something with the same exact quality that has a longer recording time, pull out view finder, and auto focus. I can't seem to fine that I recently bought the Cannon VIXIA HF R400 and its okay but definitely not the d3100 the quality of the video just isn't there but it has everything else I want. So I could really use someone's help and input on what is the best camera/camcorder for me based on what I desire

Quite the opposite. DSLR's were never meant to do video. If your interest is video, get a camcorder. Just be aware that video quality is dependent mostly on user skill. Ideally, you should get the same video quality no matter what camera you use if you know exactly what you are doing.

Cheap camcorders abound. I prefer the Sony Handycam lineup. They're not loaded with features but they do just fine if you just remember to shoot under ideal lighting conditions. IF you want something more capable than that or any dSLR for that matter, start at around $1500.

All the new dSLRs that shoot video will give you 29 minutes and 59 seconds max clips, so unless you want or need more than that, just get a newer dSLR. For video, nothing beats a Sony alpha like the A57 or A58.It will give you auto focus and fast phase auto focus, along with focus peaking for manual focus, things Canon and Nikon don't offer at all.
