What are good outside picture settings?

I have a Nikon D3100 and I want to know if it is cloudy and or sunny out what would be the most successful aperture, ISO and shutter speed I should set my camera at? I have it on manual for my Photography class. Any suggestions would be nice! Xx

You must learn to use your camera's built-in light meter when shooting in Manual. This is covered in the Owner's Manual for your camera.
