What Full frame camera do i buy?

Hi, I currently have a canon 600d, I want to be a pro photographer and therefore I feel I should upgrade my gear. My budget is a little of £3000.
So far I have taken a liking to the new Nikon d600 because of the cheap price, accompanied with the new Tamron 24-70 2.8, the sigma 70-200 and the 50 1.4.
On the canon side the 5d mark ii, with the 200 f/2.8, the Tamron 24-70, the 85.18 and the 50 1.4.

Which system do I chose? If you have any other recommendations please let me know, thanks!

Spend your £3000 on L series lenses for your 600D.

First, repeat this 100 times: "It isn't the camera its the photographer." Simply buying a full-frame DSLR will not elevate you to the rank of "professional photographer". That rank is achieved by your knowledge of Light, Exposure, Composition and Depth of Field and your skill in using that knowledge in any situation imaginable to produce marketable images. If you're lacking in this knowledge and skill then instead of spending money on a full-frame DSLR you should be spending it on photography classes.

If, however, you decide to proceed with buying a full-frame DSLR then go with the new Canon budget full-frame 6D which is Canon's answer to Nikon's budget full-frame D600. If you stay with Canon you can use your 600D as a backup camera plus you can use lenses for the 6D on it. NOTE: Juat remember that ONLY Canon EF lenses can be used on their full-frame DSLR cameras. An EF-S lens will damage the full-frame models. Ef and EF-S lenses can be used on your 600D but only EF lenses can be used on the 6D or 5D.

If you switch to Nikon you'll have to buy all new lenses and Nikon-compatible accessories such as an external flash and remote release, etc.
