I'm looking to buy my first DSLR soon, and that's gonna be Nikon D5100 I'll buy it with 18-55mm kit lens, as for extra, I'm considering Nikkor 35mm f1.8 G. I want one more but really cheap lens too, Like under 150 USD, please suggest some Telephoto or Macro lens to do with D5100.

Why do you want to put a cheap piece of glass on a nice camera?

If you want to go macro for less money, get a set of extension tubes. If you want telephoto, but a nice older lens or a high quality 3rd party lens used. From what I understand (I shoot Canon, and we can't do this) a lot of the older Nikon manual focus lenses will work with the Nikon dSLR mounts. You lose autofocus, but you will get a nice lens with way better optics than a $150 option new.

Buy a telephoto. Why?
Because is much cheaper and you must have at least one.
You can find a responsible lens for about 120$.
And if you really want to do some macro photos then you gonna need to spend 20$ more dollars(or less) for a macro coupler and a macro filter. Macro coupler is a think that allows you to connect two different lenses together, and if one of them is a telephoto lens then the result must be superb.(if you want more you can buy a extension tube for super macros)
Macro lenses are pretty awesome but a good one is expensive.

Buy this one.
