Do you mean "brand", "type" or read/write speed? Without a model number it is hard to say
* You will need to buy the correct type memory card, either CF or SDHC
* Most brands do well as temporary storage of the images you capture with your camera (San Disk, Lexar, Transcend, A-Data, Kingston are just a few reliable brands)
* CF cards, look for 266x cards. SDHC, look for Class 10 cards

No, any card will work. However, if you are shooting RAW or especially when doing burst shooting, faster cards will worth the extra cost.

Not necessary. You can use whatever you want. I'm using 16 gb sd card for my Nikon which purchased from & not having any complaint about it.working well
