DSLRs suck when it comes to amateur videos, you need to get into shooting short clips only and not fiddling around with zoom and other settings while recording (the things that you are led to believe you can do easily with a DSLR). For easy videos get a real camcorder which was designed for the task.
T5i if you must have a DSLR for videos but your budget is too low for a good version of it used. So will have to be an older T3i
If you want to haul dirt, use a pick-up truck, not a Prius.
If you want to capture video, use a camcorder, not a still image capture device.
Pentax K-50.
Get a camera with Canon Advance DPAF sensor, you do have a budget but none of the camera in your list will have DPAF Sensor based camera.
1. Canon 200D / Sl2
2. Canon 70D
3. Canon 700D
4. Canon 80D
All these camera in the list features Hybrdi AF system.
IF you have a camera you're satisfied with (for still photography) and you already have a variety of lenses that meets your shooting style and needs, stay with that camera and get yourself a camcorder, planned, engineered, manufactured, advertised and sold for recording videos; they're less expensive than DSLRs, and provide all the features, functions and options for quality recording. Cameras are tools; you need the right tool for the job at hand for best results. My 2 high-end DSLR cameras also shoot videos but I only use them for still photography. I'm buying a mid-range camcorder within a few weeks exclusively for videos. Let's be clear on something; all still photography cameras today also shoot videos; that's an afterthought by manufacturers to lure newbies and clueless, gullible consumers to boost sales and profits. Most camcorders also take still photos but, it's simply an added feature, and the quality is inferior to still camera images, as you'll discover if you ever decide to print an enlargement of a still photo taken by a camcorder. Besides, still photo cameras overheat within 10-12 minutes of continuous recording and shut down automatically to protect the overheated sensor. On the other hand, camcorders can record continuously for up to 30-33 minutes before they start to overheat. I reiterate, all cameras are tools but you need the right tool for the job at hand for best results.
The T3i does not auto focus in video mode. The Vixia HF R800 is a great little video camera. I have both. I very rarely use my T3i for video.
