I have a Nikon d5600 and I wanted to download the photos to my phone via Snapbridge but the photos wouldn't show up on the app so I put the SD into my laptop and it says "looks like we don't support this file format". How can I fix this WITHOUT clearing the SD and deleting the photos?

Can someone recommend me a Nikon DSLR camera that is for beginners and is wishing a $800-$1300 price range? I have the Sony DSC- HX400V but I've tried t out so many different ways and the only time I get decent photos on it is when I take pictures during midday outside, but other than that, it takes pretty bad pictures. The only good thing about it is it's zoom. Also, please don't tell me that it is a good camera and I'm just not using it right, because I have used other cameras before and the pictures turned out way better on them.
I recently got a nikon d3400 with 35mm 1.8. I want to get an upgrade lens thats good with low light. Should i get 50mm or sigma 17-50
Embarrassingly enough, I've never actually used a real camera before so needless to say, I'm pretty intimidated by this camera because there are so many options! But I had mentioned once that I wanted to try photography so my father surprised me with this as a gift and I'd really like to give it a try. Do you have any tips for someone who has literally never picked up a real camera before? Any advice would be helpful! I'd like to take some nice shots around town to show my dad!
I'm a teenager and I'm thinking about saving up to buy a Nikon d750 camera, because rn I have a Sony camera but I don't like how it works, so can someone help me decide what lens to get? Because I have no clue what each different lens does so i don't know which one to get. I plan on using my camera for taking photos of my family, but also nature. Can someone help me?
