No, and it doesn't have a motor either, so it won't autofocus on a D3xxx or D5xxx.

No. There's a higher-end version that does, but it costs as much as the Nikon 70-300 VR.

Tamron's VR (Vibration Reduction) is called VC (Vibration Compensation). The one that has it is the Tamron SP 70-300mm VC USD.
