I'm having problems connecting my D7500 to my iPhone 6s Via Snapbridge?
I recently received a Nikon D7500 for my birthday and one of the features that is advertised on this camera is the ability to connect over Wi-Fi to an app where I can use it as a remote. So I installed the App on my iPhone 6s and when it gets to the screen that says "tap the camera name" I see nothing. At this point I already have the Snapbridge pairing screen open on the camera and I have Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS turned on on my phone. I have tried it with different phones and tried all the troubleshooting steps listed over on Nikon's website, but have not been able to get it to work. I have un-installed and re-installed the app and reset all settings on the camera but nothing works. If anyone knows how to fix this or can provide me with additional troubleshooting steps, feel free to respond.
Have you gone through the Wi-Fi setup on the phone to connect to the Wi-Fi network that your camera is acting as? I've got a Canon 6D and 7Dii and with those you need to select the camera Wi-Fi on the phone before using the app.
