Sent a wire transfer $376, (the only way you can place a 1st order. ), orders after that can be paypal, credit card, etc., for a nikon 3100 camera kit, never received confirmation, website asks for contact us comments, sent ovr 50 times, received 1 "message sent", all other times message read" order not found" they have a "livechat", which you click on and it brings you back to "contact us" box, and you try again and get nowhere. Where do I go from here?

Whoa.yeah, you shouldn't have done that. Asking for a wire transfer should have been a huge red flag, if the broken english used throughout the site, and being based in China wasn't enough. Seriously, did you read their "about us" statement? Their name was formed by "gargling while happy" or some such nonsense.lol.

I feel for you, but the site is clearly a scam to trick people into sending them money. Being based in China, they can get away with it. And I'm sorry to say that there probably isn't anything you can do at this point. I came pretty close to ordering a discontinued Sony TV from them, as it seems to be the only place that claims to have it, as I'm desperate. But the demand for a wire transfer gives it all away. Always use a credit card online, or at least PayPal, if an option, so you have a layer of security.
