How do I display the exposure meter in live mode on a Nikon d3300 while shooting a video?

I see the exposure/light meter appear on canon but on the Nikon d3300 it disappears when I hit the record button. How do I display the exposure meter in live mode on a Nikon d3300 while shooting a video?

If it's not in the manual, it's not on the camera.

Try turning the Easy Exposure Compensation off (b3).

Press Info button close to on/off button 2 to 3 times. It swithes between different views including Exposure meter in right bottom vorner of live view.
