Good Nikon Camera That Can Film In HD?

I'm looking for a Nikon camera that can film in 1080p HD and it has to have the option to manually focus, preferably a focus ring but that's not that not much of a big deal. Any ideas?

Added (1). @Andrew It has to be a Nikon because my stepdad has a few lenses he'll give me.

Work out a budget, talk to a dealer, and learn that there are other manufacturers.
