Low price dslr housing?

I'm a sophomore in high school planning on going to australia as part of the national geographic high school expeditions this summer. We will be snorkeling on the barrier reef for a few days and I would love to get some good underwater shots but so far I've only seen housing like aquatech and ikelite which are too expensive for my budget. Are there any better low-cost DSLR camera housing systems out there? If not, does anyone know of any discounts, used/refurbished housing systems, or low cost underwater cameras? (I have a nikon d800)

Nikon D2X locked and not changing settings?

My Nikon D2x is currently locked, all settings being unable to change, only the basic setting on the menu being shown such as the time and date etc. There's an advanced mode that has a 4 digit pin code and I do not remember it or do not remember if another person changed it, since its been years. I finally opened up the camera after a while and I have no way to reset it since its locked because of this pin number. Is there a Nikon pin number that could override it or is it even possible to override it such as software I could hook it up. I would really love to use it for weddings again but have not been able to use it due to the advanced mode s 4 digit pin and honestly going through 10000 different possibilities may be my last resort if I'm that desperate.

What kind of camera/camcorder is best for birth videography?

I'm already a photographer, but am considering getting into videography. I have a Nikon D90 that shoots video, but that's it since my d700 doesn't. Thinking about buying a HD camcorder or something of the sort. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Flash compensation not working?

I'm using a Nikon D100 and the pop up flash (yes I'm aware I should get a separate flash for the hot shoe) and my camera is on manual. When I change the flash from +1.0 to --3.0 using the flash compensation button (indicated by the lightning sign and +/- ) there's no difference in the lighting of the photo or the strength of the flash. Any suggestions?

Nikon D700 live view problem?

I use live view often as a means of previewing my shutter speed once I set it, (btw I always use manual mode) this was when I used my canon t3i, and it was so that I could decide which shutter speed was best so as not to over or under expose the shot. I have since upgraded to a Nikon d700, but every time I use the live view when I'm in manual mode, it auto exposes the shot for me in the live view, and I'm unable to see the final shutter speed(exposure), the one I've set with the dial, until I have taken the picture. I can't preview the shutter speed in live view before I take the image, is there any fix for this? I also use a Nikkor 50mm f1.2 lens, i don't know if it could be an issue with this lens b/c it's manual focus only? (I tried to explain this the best I could:/ sorry if it's a bit confusing.)

Looking for new Nikon DSLR?

Hi… I've been a professional photographer for about five years now and have been looking into a new camera. My budget for both the camera and lens is under 1600$ or so… I used to practice macro but now am looking to get into portraits… My question is what would be a good nikon dslr that is not expensive as the D4 but still offers some of the same professional perks and image quality of it?
also would sticking with the lens it come with be a good idea… Or should i invest in a certain lens for portraits… Thanks.
