It will fit as Nikon's F-mount hasn't changed for over 50 years (my 1980s F-mount lenses still work in manual mode on my modern DSLR). This lens will fully function with your D3200.

Any Nikon lens or any lens made for the Nikon DSLR system will fit.
Because the D3200 does not have an internal auto-focusing motor, you must buy lenses with AF motors. Otherwise you will not have auto focus. The specs listed for the 18-140mm Nikkor states that it does have an internal motor, so it'll work just fine on a D3200. You may want to consider upgrading away from the D3xxx series to at least a D5xxx series camera simply because of the lack of an AF motor. Not having an AF motor really makes buying lenses for the D3xxx camera very confusing and often resulting in one buying a lens that fits but doesn't AF.

Yes it will. No problem. It will autofocus too with your camera if that's what you are worried about.
