Regarding DSLR Camera?
Does Nikon D3200 and D3100 supports all type of lenses?
No, they only support lenses made by Nikon or by third party manufacturers such as Sigma, Tamron and Tokina which are made "for Nikon".
Also, these cameras don't have an autofocus motor in the camera body, so they depend on the lens to supply such a motor. Else the lens won't autofocus.
Whether a lens has an AF motor built-in is recognizable with certain codes.
Nikon uses the code AF-S for this, not to be confused with AF.AF-I also exists but these are very rare.
Sigma calls it HSM
Tamron calls it BIM or PZD.
Tokina doesn't have a designation for it as far as i know.
So… In short, these cameras can use Nikon AF-S lenses, Sigma HSM ones, Tamron BiM or PZD ones, and certain Tokina ones.
Others, if made for Nikon, might mount on it but won't autofocus. Lenses not made for Nikon won't work at all.
All entry level Nikon cameras use any Nikkor AF-S lens. If you want to use legacy AF Nikkors, you will have to spend just over $1, 000 for a D7000
An entry level dSLR is one that costs less than $1, 000.
Of the two cameras you mentioned, they are both entry level cameras and of the two, the D3200 has the best sensor performance, not only of any cropped sensor camera, but many full frame cameras as well.
