Nikon D3200 with 18-55mm lens vs Canon 110D with 18-55m AND 75-300mm lens?
Both cameras are in my price range, yet the canon comes with two zoom lenses. Wondering just how much better the image quality of the Nikon is compared, as i know it will be a while before i can afford an extra zoom lens with the Nikon or whether the canon is good enough with the lens at such a cheap price!
I'm a fifteen year old girl and using the dslr out of hobby and i'm considering doing photography at a level.
So which do i pick? Nikon with just the one lens, or canon with two? Both at similar prices.
Couldn't find a Canon 110D, so assumed a Canon 1100D, a.k.a the Canon T3.
The Nikon D3200 is a lot newer camera, with all the things that brings. A more fair comparison is the Nikon D3100 vs. The Canon T3, which the Nikon wins, but you can probably get the two lenses with it. The Nikon D3200 is a lot of camera, and you will have your hands full learning how to use it with just the one lens. Plenty of time to save up for another lens. And maybe you won't want the longer lens (55-200mm) and will want a less expensive, faster, and cheaper lens like the 50mm f/1.8.

Being an avid Canon user, I'd go for the Canon myself.
Image quality comes from the lens rather than the camera and both companies produce excellent lenses.
I don't think you'd go far wrong with either of them.
The Nikon D3200 has a sensor that out performs some of the older full frame camera sensors when it comes to dynamic range, colour depth and low light performance
The 75-300 mm Canon lens is a dog, why Canon still makes and sells it, is a mystery
Compare the Nikkor 70-300 and Canon 70-300 mm lenses with image stabilization and you will see that they compare quite well with each other
Before you spend a dime, visit a proper camera store and hold both brands in your hands
- Canon t3i 18-55m or 18-135mm?
- Nikon D3200 with a 18-55mm lens worth it, 360 euros, or is the 18-55mm as bad as some say?
- Nikon 55m f1.8 vs 35 mm f1.8?
- Is it better to buy Nikon 18-200mm and Nikon 70-300mm or just Nikon 28-300mm?
- I a Nikon D5500 with a 70-300mm lens to make videos. I'm looking at a Canon XA10 with a 10x zoom. How does the 10x zoom compare to 300mm?
