Okay well i was taking pictures of myself while my camera was on the tripod && it just fell off on the ground! Now when i try taking pictures they come out blurry and the lens doesn't focus anymore. Do i just turn it off for a few days? What do i do? Btw i have a dlsr camera a nikon d3000.

Turning it off for a few days won't help. This is a mechanical problem. I did a similar thing with my camera a few years ago.

All you can do is either get it fixed, or replace it. If you do decide to replace it, you may be able to sell the broken camera on eBay to someone who wants it for parts - I did that with my camera. It's totally legit to do that as long as your ad very clearly says the camera is broken.

Dropping a camera on the ground usually means you have moved certain parts internally in the camera and lens than won't simply be fixed. You probably need to bring it to a nikon service centre or any camera repair shop. Now here is where you should think consider if the repairs are worth the cost or is it better just getting a newer camera.

I would think that you might have broken or scratched the lens. Do you have other lenses? If so try using those before you go out and buy a new camera. I'm sorry about your camera and hope that it's fixed\ replaced soon.

"Think "? I know you broke it! The D3000 is a discontinued camera, and the cost of repairs may exceed the value of the camera.
Cameras don't "just fall on the ground " without a reason.
I'd e mail Nikon, tell them what happened, and request cost of repairs. It may cost $75 just for them to look at it.
A warranty only covers defects in manufacture.

No.
Cry first then buy a new one.
