How to watch Live View from my Nikon DSLR on my computer while recording video?
I have a Nikon D5000 and use a Macbook camera, anyone knows a software that allows this to be possible?
I want to record vlogs and as the camera doesn't have auto focus while recording video, I'll have to manually change that, but I won't know if it is in focus unless I can see it [on my computer].
Very few DSLR cameras can live stream through a computer, if you can't see a video while you your DSLR is hooked to your computer, you must must one of the many that can't. To give you an idea, less than 2% of all DSLR cameras can hook to a computer for live streaming video.
Here is the software you need to do that, but your method of assuring good focus will be clumsy to say the least.
