How to start photography business?

I'm 16 and one of my hobbies is photography. I have a nikon D3000 and i've been messing around with it and photoshop for about a year not and I've found out how to do some really cool things. Obviously it wouldn't be a business now because I'm young, but does anyone have any suggestions for growing in my photography skills?

It is not "cool things" and photoshop which will help you with a business.
It is learning photography properly and then learning business and marketing.

The skills you need to develop depend on what sort of business you might start up.
If it is weddings and portraits then you need to learn about studio work (lighting etc) and work on posing for groups and couples. You also need good inter personal skills.

Whatever you do though you need to know your equipment inside out and things like exposure, composition etc should be second nature.

Like andy said.photography is not that simple, you need to learn about lighting and etc.

and to start a business, go get a better camera, nikon D3000? At leaat go get a Nikon D300s(about $1800)
