Download from the camera, or ideally from the memory card with a card reader, into a folder on your computer. Then when you open iPhoto, you simply go to Import and select that folder to import those photos into iPhoto.

Frankly, if your skill base is this lacking, you really need to not even be shooting in RAW until your knowledge base is way above your current level.
