Best backpack for photography and school?
I'm a full time high school student and I want to use it for my Nikon DSLR with a 18-140mm and a 35mm lens. But it must be able to hold 3 textbooks as well. Not the camera gear and school stuff at the same time is fine too. It would be nice for the bag to carry a little extra with the camera gear such as a towel or snacks. I would like it to be less than $65 (USD) What bags do you recommend? And which bag is the worst in your opinion.
I've done a little research and here are bags I came up with:
Lowepro hatchback 16L

Lowepro hatchback 22L

Lowepro Fastpack 200

Lowepro CompuDay Photo 250

If there's any other backpack (NO SLINGS) you think I should consider then please tell me, Thanks!
Just about any backpack ill do for what you want.
i use a Jansport backpack when traveling overseas to hold my camera and lenses (inside a case) and a few odds and ends.
I prefer the military style backpacks, they have the molle system for attaching extra pouches to the backpack… It comes in handy for me when I need to carry extra gear like the power pack and cables for the laptop or even the external dvd drive… Or even extra water bottles for those long trekks on hot days… The pouches aren't cheap… It's a really good option though, offers decent protection… And is worth the extra investment.
Here's a link to some backpacks with the molle options: http://www.amazon.com/...zon.com/s/
