Where I can buy this in the philippines Nikon 1 SB-N7? Flash for nikon 1 v1?

I'm planning to buy nikon v1 but it has no built in flash. How much the flash would cost? Where? And if it is expensive do you think its ok not to buy the flash and still get nice picture in low-light and indoors?

Of course you need flash indoors and in low-light! Here is the only authorized Nikon distributor in the country but is somewhat difficult to communicate with.
