What the difference in taking a picture on the weblink with a 1dmark 2 and a d7100?

The pic is taken on the same settings on both the camer e.g. Focal lenth, aperature, iso, shutter speed
The 1dmark2 i know is full frame (get wat you see in the viewfinder) except that, what other differences are there?
Also the len used for 1dmark 2 is canon 24-70f2.8 and nikon d7100 sigma 17-50f2.8

The D7100 is "you get what you see" too. Whether a camera is a full frame one or not has nothing to do with this. This is about an optical viewfinder with 100% coverage. The D7100 has one.

I assume that the crop factor will be accounted for by choosing a different focal length. If so, then the photo taken by the D7100 will have "deeper" depth of field.based on the wide angle of view and closed down aperture this won't be noticeable though.

Other than that the photos should look pretty much the same.

If the focal length is the same, then the photo taken by the D7100 will appear to be somewhat "zoomed in" due to the crop factor.
