Data from the sensors is processed by a processor EXPEED 3 new from Nikon that produces a burst rate as high as 5 FPS.
The range of ISO 100-6400 sensitivity, can be expanded to ISO 25 600.

Overpriced. For similar money you can get a D7000 which has more useful features such as moisture and dust sealing. 2 wheel controls to change settings faster. In built auto focus motor so, older Nikon lenses will auto focus with the camera.
