If you mean the D7100, usually it's just a higher-resolution sensor.

I think you mean D7100 - it's a later model.

You can do the comparisons on any review site. We don't know what features you may be interested in, so it's better for you to do the comparison. DPreview and ImageingResources are good sources and will probably mention the key differences if you read the review on the D7100.
