Suggest me which DSLR to buy?
I want to buy a DSLR budget around 40k. I have visited a shop and shopkeeper tells me about the specifications of Sony Slt A58M(18-135MM), he strongly recommends me to buy this camera. But Nikon and Canon are two major camera manufacturers. I'm bit confused between sony slt(18-135mm) DLSR and canon 600D (18-135mm). Don't know much about distinguishing features of photo quality, fps, sensors of both.
Anyone who used or had a experience of it, please suggest me which one will be better.
I own and recommend the Canon 600D.
The Sony gives better video performance, but you might be mistaken for someone who can think for himself (Nikon use Sony sensors anyway).

If nothing else, find out about the in country repair facilities. Do either of them have factory authorized repair centers in your country? Everything breaks and these cameras are worth repairing.
The 18-135mm is the lens that you can put on the camera, so don't get too hung up on that. You can put on other lenses, but both of these are good starter lenses.
