Nikon cool pix camera display date and time?

While the video is recording I want the date and time to be shown on the video. How do I set that up?

You don't. I don't know of any video camera that will do that except perhaps higher end model.

However, having been wrong before, check the owner's manual. If it's possible it should be in the book.

My Nikon Coopix P7000 allows me to imprint the date on still pix but not on videos. It is in my Setup menu, try that. If you can't find it there, check your manual. You can download your manual from Nikon.
