Will Nikon Nikkor AF-S 55-200mm f/4-5.6 G Lens fit my Nikon D5200? I have a 18-135 and works amazingly but i also have an old 80's/90's 70-300mm but it doesn't auto focus… It does auto focus on my D80. Will this 55-200 be compatible with my D5200 and can my old nikkor 75-300 work with my d5200?

Note the designations AF-S and AF.

All AF-S lenses work with all Nikon DSLR cameras, including the D5200.

AF lenses, like your 70-300, use a mechanical linkage to the camera body to focus. The D80 has a focus motor, so this lens will auto focus. However, it won't auto focus on your D5200 since this body doesn't have a focus motor in the body. You can use the 70-300 on your D5200, but you'll need to manually focus the lens.

Yes, it will work fine, but you would be better off getting the VR version of the 55-200 zoom. The VR gives you Vibration Reduction, which is well worth having on a telephoto zoom, and the price difference is not usually very much.

Any Nikon AF or AF-S lens - zoom or prime - will be compatible with your D5200 EXCEPT the AF lenses will NOT auto focus on your D5200 because it lacks a focusing motor.

Yes but I wouldn't bother with it since you already have a lens that goes up to 135mm. I have an 18-105mm, and I rarely even bother with my 70-300mm.
