I want to buy a dslr camera. I have 3 option for buying camera.
I like doing photography a much.

1. Nikon D5200 + nikon 18-55 mm + 35 mm prime
2. Canon eos 550d + Tamron 17-50 mm (f-2.8) + 50 mm prime
3. Sony alpha A57 + Tamron 17-50 mm (f-2.8) + 50 mm prime

Can you suggest me which combination is better to buy?

Get the Sony! Worth every penny… But I'd rather not get Tamron cause lots of complaints that the images turned out to be very soft. Further more, I suggest that you just wait still the 2nd or 3rd quarter of the year… Cause loads of rumours saying that Sony will come out with a lot of new APS-C sensor / entry level DSLT this year! And I'm waiting too… And I'm very pleased with the sigma and Sony 50mm f1.4… But I don't use 1.4 that often cause the BOKEH is too much and so I'll use at 2.8… I think you're fine with the 17-50mm 2, 8 SIGMA AND NOT TAMRON… Better yet get the Sony 16-50mm f2.8… It's cheaper than the sigma 17-50, and its weather sealed… So I suggest that you get that.

Have you tried handling them and finding out?

The 50mm lens is nice to have, but not essential, and I'd look for the manufacturer's standard lens rather than a third-party one.

Find a dealer who'll let you pick them up, and add the Pentax K-r to your list.

My suggestion is the Sony a57 kit with the 18-135 lens (with the kit it's $150 for a lens that normally retails at $500) and get a couple of Sony primes, such as the 35mm f/1.8 and 50mm f/1.8 or the 30mm macro, and a used Minolta 70-210 f/4 "beercan" lens. You can get all that for the same or less than what you have picked out.
